JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - The Missouri Department of Conservation has confirmed the presence of emerald ash borers in 78 counties in the state.
Media Specialist with the MDC Robert Hemmelgarn told KXCV/KRNW that it's a matter of time before an ash tree is affected.
Emerald Ash Borers have been reported in every county in our listening area except Atchison, Worth, Gentry, Grundy, Daviess and Livingston. More information can be found at eab.missouri.edu.
